I ran the 4H antique restoration club in Lanark county for a few years. We restored three tractors 1948 Ferguson TEA20 1948 Farmall H and a McCormick W4. The fergie belonged to myself and is still being used at my place. The H was raffled off at a local plowing match and the proceeds were given to a local hospital. There is no price for the look on the faces of these kids when they had their picture taken with the big billboard cheque when it was given to the hospital. The winner of the tractor was a little old lady down the road from us. She only bought the ticket to help support the club and she donated the tractor back to the club. The tractor was sold and the money used to finance the next project. It sure is rewarding to see the kids put so much effort into these projects. Good luck with the rest of the project.
