I heard a respected scientist say that those we put in power had better hurry and make hay out of Global Warming because we were already in the second year of a well-established 62 year period of Global Cooling. He said this was based on well-known cycles of the sun which is the real cause of weather fluctuations. I have no doubt that he is right. I recall when my youngest daughter was about 6yrs old, she was concerned because she had learned at school that we would freeze in the dark, because of the coming ice age. Children that age believes anything they hear as well as a lot of naive older people. She is 50yrs old now.
