That could be the article. Just from experience we have a bad drought here about every 20-30 years. My Grandpap said his grandad always told of the Civil War drought in the 1860's. He told of the droughts in his lifetime during the late 19th century until about 1903. Then again in the 1930's and 1953-4. I remember 1980-83 and again in 2011-12.
