Most often now our computer has a blink then goes dead (black) then flashes back and says display driver has failed and re started. It shuts off and restarts then says computer was not shut down correctly and press enter to re-start, which we do. It will work for a while then start all over again. We restored to an earlier date and that took care of it, but now the computer says we can't and only can empty everything out and start over. It also says we could contact our group provider and get an OK, but dealing with Microsoft is a big waiting game.
It is a HP computer desktop with tower, and less than 4 yrs old.
Any idea how to stop the display driver from getting this glitch without wiping the whole system and starting over?
