Last I saw a gas pump price (about a week ago - I don't get off the farm much anymore), it was at 3.799. That's for far western NY. It has come down about 10 cents from what it seemed to be pretty steady at for months 3.89. Price forecast is even less reliable than the weather forecast, and that's significantly wrong here about 60% of the time.
Back when I traveled some, PA was usually 10-15 cents cheaper, and Ohio was 20-25 cents less than here. We're blessed with a state government that can spend every penny available to get those who can afford it, to move elsewhere.
