If you can drive straight and follow a correctly set marker, no problem. I had a 494A and 3 row head and no problem as long as I got the rows correct, if ground was not right at times had problems seeing marker track. And if still farming I would still be using that 494A but I do have the conversion parts to convert to 6 row but never did.
