Don't think that was Looking Glass, IIRC Looking Glass was the call sign for the SAC airborne command post, not even sure if it had a dish on top. This is one of the AWAC birds, used for airborne command and control in theater. From this bird they could coordinate aircraft movement assign threat solutions to specific friendly aircraft and monitor threat resolution. IIRC the Navy also had birds with radardomes on top, some where on P-3's (Lockheed Electras)
