Driving along and the blower motor quit, no smoke, no squeal just slowed down and stopped, like it was shut off. I have power at the switch, power at each speed terminal coming off the switch to motor and fan spins freely. Radio works, wiper works. I assume something went wrong with the motor, never had one just quit with no warning signs like, a burning smell, squeal, hot wires, or blown fuse. I loosended and tightened the ground wire to the blower cage and ran another ground wire to the motor cage, but not so much as a wiggle out of the motor. I will order a new one Monday, gonna be a hot two days in that thing without a fan. Anything else to check? Thanks for any help or information.
