My guess is his story is going to be significantly different. I suspect there was never any promise for pricing of "next year's" wood. How could there be? Nobody knows what the market price of a commodity, or the costs to produce it, will be in a year.
If the mill was paying $15 LESS a cord, would you demand that he lower his price to you? Yeah you would.
