Find a good chiropractor. Mine will readily admit there is a point beyond which he can't help you and that some things are best left to medical doctors. He also wants xrays before he even touches you. Both he and I agree that there are just as many MD quacks out there that are just going though the motions as quack Chiropractors. At one point I was going 2-3 times a week and we got a lot of problems fixed. But, I worked just down the street from his office 5 days a week. Now it's a major disruption to get to town at all, much less 2-3 times a week. But I felt great! Not so much now.
