Strongly recommend that you see your local Physician and request that an MRI be done of your lower back, it's possible that you MAY have a Herniated Disc.
I have THREE, L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1 and they are NO fun! Permanent sciatica in the left leg 24/7 , and the disc at L4-5 went IN and crushed the spinal cord to less than the diameter of a pencil, leaving me permanently partially paralyzed from the waist down.
Through years of therapy I've learned to make accommodations for my disability, but I DO NOT consider myself disabled. I function as normally as anyone else (within limitations).
