I have an old JD 70 that I use a lot for raking hay but I am in a bind because the clutch isn't working, it stays engaged all the time. I start it and stop it with the foot brakes. I start it with the brakes applied, in gear and the clutch disengaged. It starts moving as the starter is engaging, I hope someone can tell me what the problem might be. It also seems to leak oil between the drum and the engine body.
