These days I have learned to shop on line. I would like to be able to buy locally, to get good quality items, the correct items, with a short drive to town. You can't do it anymore. Anything more than a few years old isn't in stock- even at the dealerships. They have to order it and I have to either wait a week or more of pay their crazy steep shipping price. It seems it's that way everywhere now. So I shop on line for a lot of stuff. Often I get free shipping. If I'm getting a TISCO part from town and it's $40.00 plus the wait of a week or more or pay for shipping and I can get it on line in 2-3 days for $20.00 and free shipping...what would you do?
As much as I want to support our local economy, it's just gotten to the point where it makes no sense to take a beating doing it.
