So are you still trying to get oil pressure after installing the oil pump? Or has the tractor been used for some amount of time after a new pump was installed and now the oil light has come on. Strange that it developed 20 - 30 psi but then dropped to zero? What is the make and model of the tractor? Does the rpm the engine is running change the pressure you are seeing on the gauge?
