Super Trucker and Sprint6 have this one about right. kohler parts are expensive, but top quality. Almost all of the small engine mechanics I know regard Stens as the best of the aftermarket parts. In the 20+ years i did small engine work, I can't recall ever being disappointed with Stens parts.
Pay attention to the direction the rod is facing. They have to be bolted onto the crank facing a certain direction. Bolt it on in the opposite direction and the motor won't even turn over.
