Your's was (or is) a common problem with 2010 wheel tractors using belly-mounted hydraulic pumps. We did not see a lot of them at our Deere dealership. But those we did had many issues similar to your's. Also a few that worked great when parked and then when started again - nothing. Was a valve inside the pump as I recall but the 2010 part of my brain is getting rusty. I know that 30 years ago - replacement pumps for 2010s with power steering were extremely expensive and hard to find.
