Well I took the hitch pump off today and sure enough that little o-ring was missing about 1/8 inch chunk out of it. While I had it apart I went ahead and replaced all the O-rings. CIH recommended that I put a Teflon o-ring on the inside of the new one that had blowen to help hold the shape of the new o-ring. Put all the oil back in and it works great now. Thanks for all your information, it really helped me out a lot.
