I'm sure the M can handle a pull type 5ft finish mower, but a 3 point, 5ft rotary mower is a different story. Even if you had a 3pt on a M, they are so light in the front I don't think it would pick it up. I had to add a 200lb weight on the front of mine to counterbalance the M51 sickle mower.
