I did the same thing ten and a half years ago. My dad and his dad before him milked here,but as many times as Dad threatened to get rid of them I didn't feel very bad for very long. I still had 200 head of heifers,steers and a cow calf herd here,so there wasn't much time to wallow in anything. Chores went on,I just didn't have to milk. I think you'll get over it pretty quick.
