I think the second ones will wear quicker. The 6 ply should make them a little more puncture resistant.
Hard to tell from the picts, but I think the tread is a lot deeper on the second set. If you do get into real mud the first ones may load up on you real quick.
Keep the inflation right and they should last for a while. Meaning, dont be hot dogging on the pavement, locking the brakes, etc.
