Me too, never heard of a 32v Club car. 36 or 48v, no 32v. It should be easy to prove BUBBA has branched out to golf cart repair. Measure the total output from charger on the 36v battery bank and then on the 32v car. Bet they close to the same, so the 32v bank is getting way too much voltage. I'm surprised you are saying the charger on the 32v car isn't blowing the charger's fuse.
You can use an amprobe and measure the current each charger is putting out. Yes, you can measure the changing DC current with an amprobe. So report back and tell us what the current is. george
