I have a Farmall A with rotted rear rims & tires. Since it has 9"x24" tires, I ordered 9"x24" rims. Big mistake-I now know that the 9" wide tires call for an 8" wide rim. It's impractical for me to return the 9" rims. I can't find anyone who makes a tire to fit the 9" rim. It looks like my best bet it to go to 11.2" x24" tires. They actually call for a 10" rim, but I've been told that they will probably fit what I have. Actually, I'd like to stick with 9" tires if they'd fit the 9" rims. Does anyone have experience fiddling with rim/tire sized like this? Thanks,
