The grass silage chopping has finally started here in Northern Ireland, only a few days late. Rain was forecast for this week but it never really happened around our part. Our small narrow roads will be very busy from now on! We usually only do a 24 hr (approx) wilt. We rake three 10 foot rows into one row for the chopper. Managed to get 130 acres lifted at our farm today. I will do some more over the next few weeks......Sam

Beginning on September 5th and running through the 7th, the Argyle Antique Gas and Engine Show is held at the Argyle State Park.
