You are right, without knowing the details, it appears (to me) there is very little difference, if any at all, between the two. The reason one is legal in one industry in one state, and essentially the same thing is illegal in a different industry in a different state is ...well... political.
All our laws are are the result of our local, state and national political processes. Just about every post arguing for or against some law is a political post.
I enjoy you posts and respect you opinions, especially on the Case forum, as you probably do some of mine, even when we don't agree.
When I said I agree with Mark, I agree that there are not enough facts presented to make a call.
Also, to me, posting a political topic and then asking not to make it political, doesn't make this a non-political post.
