Not interested in the real or not bit but the tire issue is not unreal at all . I have B 1137 built early Dec 1934 and it was shipped with round spokes and tires when new . The B in the pic has the proper tread Goodyears for the time frame . By 1936 tires were not extremely rare anymore . Pretty sure the Allis bit is right but I am also pretty sure that is from 1932 - 1933 and not 1936 .
