Looks good Bryan.
I can tell you have different building codes than we do.
Does your floor drain run to the sump pit or the lift pump pit?
We used to be able to run them to a sump pit but 20+ years ago that changed. They have to drain to the lift pump pit here. We also have to vent floor drains now.
Also, our sump pits have to extend above the floor so if there is water on the floor it can't run into the sump pit!
When I first heard those rules I asked the inspector what the reason was. With a straight face he said "if your dog peed on the floor you wouldn't want that to run down the floor drain into the sump pit, or run directly to the sump pit because it would be pumped out onto your lawn." I asked how that was any different that me letting my dog outside to pee in the grass? He just stood there not knowing how to answer my question.
We have to use 3 1/2" or bigger posts, and we can't pour around them. We have to have a steel plate welded on the bottom and bolt that to the floor. Looks like you might have adjustable posts. We can't use those either.
