The 50 P/S took too much power to run. Granted most of everything different ones have stated is true. I don"t mind the PTO operation of 50"s 60"s & 70"s But the 2 We owned didn"t compare power wise to the Cyclone B I kept & got rid of the 50"s. When I picked up a 520 then the B left the farm. 520/530 is smoother power & when ya add the bells & whistles again I say you can"t compare the 2. John Deere did a Wonderful job in improving that series.
