I wear a cap everyday when I leave the house. Don't wear it in the house. I don't take it off every time I have to speak to a woman but I think that is not expected anymore. I do remove it when I sit down to eat. I remove it when a funeral passes, even if I am in a car going the other direction. I remove it during the anthem. I remove it any other time I feel it would be disrespectful to wear it.
