had a problem with my power co . had built a new shop with infloor heat with ng boiler. bill was $750 for the first month. called them, said the bill was estimated because they had a meeting and the meter reader couldnt get out to read the meter.they asked if i could go out and read the meter and call them,which i did and they sent me a new bill. my shop i found out was listed as a commercial acount so they averaged their commercial accounts to get my bill. did the same thing the next year. we finally came to an agreement that if they didnt read the meter dont send me a bill!
