Last fall a fella a bit north of me started to put up a barn using what looked like 2x4s to me, 24" centers. From memory, at least 60'x100' and at least 16' tall. It was going to be big. I'm thinking it might have been taller, maybe. They were going pretty well. It was all studded out, then they put the roof on it. Was looking pretty good. I happened by it about a week later, the roof all in tact, trusses and all were setting on the ground. Every last stud was broken off. What a mess. As I recall, there was a day or two of real high wids in there. What a mess.
