Stick, you were the first one I could think of today , figured you might know. I think I usually weld on Postive but tried that switch and just left it wrong. I removed the positive lead and replaced with a smaller one I had thinking that eye on the end might be bad, no such luck. I am sure it is something because this thing has been flawless for years. Somebody else mentioned pushing on the brushes, I saw the cover so guess that is what I will try first. Don't know what you are talking about for the stone but will try and find someone who does. Don,t use it much but have started a large metal building and really need it now. Thanks for the reply and I will return with results tomorrow night.
