I have even heard it called a cult. But let's think about this a little. My wife asked "How many tractors does a man need?" I say to her there is a large discrepancy between want and need. This is a very complex and intriguing question. Furthermore, how many purses, shoes or shades of lipstick does a lady need? Now don't get me wrong, I sure don't want any lady to boycott Revlon or Talbots. We just have to keep this in prospective. Her reply is always "I can read the obituary now, Memorial service at ten o'clock, free lunch served at noon and the auction will start promptly at two." She may be from the city but she knows farmers well enough that if you throw out a free lunch and a auction sale they will come out of the woodwork.
