I don't have a problem with the cops, just the court system. My 40 yr old unemployed, homeless daughter was recently sentenced to 16 days in jail for failure to pay child support. Her report date is Apr 1st. Even the childs father talked to the DA and said sending her to jail would do no good except cost the taxpayer money. She is not much of a person but she does love her 9 yr old son. Tough love does not help a person after so many years.If she fails to show up for her jail time then they have made another criminal and have just created more business for themselves.
