We have the same problem, only it's tires , shingles, couches and whatever else you have to pay to dispose of it. I just call the municipal office and they send someone to clean it up. We had a whole pickup load of shingles dumped last year. Before the town got there to clean it up someone dumped a couch and set it on fire and got the whole works burning.Burns my butt people do this. As far as I'm concerned it's the towns problem because they keep charging more to take stuff to the dump.still no excuse! Martin
