Helped my sometime employer (he calls when he needs a hand) dig a water main last week, 7 feet of frost under the street... it'll take a while for that to come out...
The weather guessers are "forecasting" above freezing daytime highs for the end of the week... time will tell it they and/or their million dollar super computers are correct... i'm sort of hoping they are...
