Given the over-zealous, constantly contradictory news coverage, and the key-stone-cops atmosphere surrounding the search effort, I think it's easy to lose sight of the underlying tragedy. That gets lost behind the comedy show we've been witnessing for over a week now.
It IS a tragedy of course - but I for one think we can cut Jon or anybody else a little slack for finding this one humorous.
My brother was just in Malaysia and flew back to Beijing where he lives a few days before this happened - could have been much different for us if he had been delayed. That thought keeps this one in the proper perspective for me - but, I can see why others lose sight of it.

Today's Featured Article - Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor.
