New plugs and wires (or just tuned up) = something is seriously jacked up internally and throwing parts at it only made us realize it is terminal.
I have NEVER replaced parts on something I was going to sell. Why would you? I also have never bought something that had a bunch of new parts on it. I'd rather take the time to do it myself and make sure it is like I want it.
I also love it when something has an engine with less than 100 hours on it. Sure it does. I know lots of people that throw thousands at a tractor engine and then decide to sell it. Not. It is usually the opposite - I know someone who was going to get rid of a tractor. They split one of the rear tires so they put new ones on it and kept the tractor.
