CNH is just as bad I used to try to support my dealer. No more! they never have anything in stock, so it has to be ordered anyway, and ordering on line saves me plenty of time and the shipping is no more than the gas to drive to the dealer and back. I ordered a muffler once that was $475.00 I figured out a way to use one for $75.00 so I paid the restocking charge.
