If you special ordered something on MY recommendation, and it wasn"t what you needed, I would eat it as MY mistake, and chalk it up to the cost of MY "education"! But if you insisted he order it, and it wasn"t what you wanted, then the problem is yours. Even though our invoices says 20% restocking on returns, I have never enforced it. It also says "NO RETURN ON SPECIAL ORDERS". (To me that means I don"t stock it, because there"s no chance I"ll ever need one, but you insisted I get it, even after I tried to talk you out of it! In that case it belongs to you!)
