My Dad was born in 37 so he never had anything to do with horses, but my mothers Dad did. He's been gone for 15-20 years, I'm 42, but when ever he was looking at a magazine and seen horses pulling a plow or wagon, he just stopped talking. I think he missed his horses, never asked their names, it's like he was daydreaming about being with the horses again. He would talk about them then, one occasion he was plowing with 5 or 6 of his brothers and they went to a new field and neighbor was across the fence plowing by himself. After a few rounds of the six of them plowing the neighbor went home, later on he talked to the neighbor and siad he was just disgusted since they were covering so much more ground than he was. chris
