Duke, My last bill for a total electric 2100 sq ft, brick shack was $316, tax included, 30 day billing cycle, no heat pump, no other heat source, just well insulated. On the bill it said my average rate is $.1001. Usage 2953 kw-hrs = $295.62 tax = $20.69 I had many record sub zero days on this bill,
