My first toy tractor was one my dad made for me. It was made as a pedal tractor, but the pedals were too hard for me to turn, so he took the pedals off and I drove it Flintstone style. It was painted to look like my dad's Massey 30, but as I got older I wanted it to look like the neighbour's John Deere 3010, so it got repainted green. I had trailers that I used to back under the dining room table and park them there. (My mother was very understanding)I still have the metal pieces, and there is enough of the wood left to copy. The other toy that I miss was a 1/16 scale JD 3020 with metal wheels that I got for Christmas one year. It's hard to say which one of them got more miles, I did my best to wear them both out
