The IH police will cry fowl, but about 30 years ago I converted my dad's "H" into a tractor that has a spin on oil filter. It has a front-mounted buzz saw and my brother still uses it to cut wood. I milled the filter base so that it accepts the same oil filter that fits your older small block Chevy engines. It's now so much cleaner to change oil and less chance of it leaking when done. The filters are cheaper than the old canister filters also.
