I know there are a lot of tractors out there that have been customized to "make'em your own". Let's see them.
Let's see the bells and whistles,horns,hood ornaments,chrome,home made cabs,winches,steps,painted pink for a cause,modified for a handicap......
Todays the day to show off what makes yours unique.

I got this one with the fender mods already done.

Deer horns? Here is the 1945 H I modified so my handicapped friend could ride along on the Tractor Relay Across Nebraska. He enjoys hunting so I added an old junk shotgun for a hand-rail on the fender.

The IH police will cry fowl, but about 30 years ago I converted my dad's "H" into a tractor that has a spin on oil filter. It has a front-mounted buzz saw and my brother still uses it to cut wood. I milled the filter base so that it accepts the same oil filter that fits your older small block Chevy engines. It's now so much cleaner to change oil and less chance of it leaking when done. The filters are cheaper than the old canister filters also.

This is my 'go to guy' between Sept 15 and May.

The Hydro 70 is the perfect feed tractor and is really nimble in tight spaces. Heated cab heats up in just a couple of minutes. :>)

my good friend Jay informed me the rear wheel centers on my Ford are supposed to be white,I bought the tractor from the original owner who bought it new,and they were blue when I got it so I painted them blue.

This has been discussed a couple of times on the Ford board.
Ford changed the center color a couple of times during the 65-75 production run.
My first 3 cylinder was a mid year 68 2000. It was a very clean Original unit that had never been repainted. It had Blue centers.
I sold it with the loader a few years ago.

Allan, if (when) we ever get to the "Soylent Green" times, you"ve got the perfect piece of equipment to help with the "harvesting"!

Probably not only the correct police but the safety police would be after me.
Not much starting this one from the seat like you're 'supposed' to.

I made two mounts that attach to the frame rails of my 400 for attaching a snow plow frame. I have a loader frame that attaches to the rear axles and so I would have to go to a lot of work to remove them each year to attach the frame to the axle , like it should. I might change that this summer though. I also made a 3 pt lift for the 400. I might make another for my "C". I have removed the lift system from the C and made a hydraulic reservoir for under the gas tank and added a spool valve
.
The most valuable thing that I have learned from being on this WEBSITE, is that it is my tractor and I can do anything, and everything to it that I want or need to.

It is nice to have people here, as a resource, to help a person correct a problem, but if they don't like what I have done to my tractor, Well then I guess they are the ones with the problem. Not me.

Just a minor modification. It gets hot down here in Texas so a person needs to stay hydrated and my Massey didn't come with a cup holder.

Jerry, I think what you have there is a tractor "Rat Rod Tractor".:) We always run them around like that to make sure that everything is OK before we put the sheet metal on particularly on our 100 series machines.

Here"s my 1850 with a 354-t out of a MF 750. I built the steps so I could get on easier than the factory step. Hey, I like it! I have a couple of wet spots that I try to rip every few years. I have an old 9 shank V Ripper I bought cheap, cut the frame to make it a 5 shank. I took off 2 so it wouldn"t plug so bad. Everyone says to pull it 18" deep. Not me, I set the lift arms so it will just clear the ground when raised and run it as deep as it will go. When you hit a tough spot, it will pick the front end high enough that a short person could walk under the front end. Often have to stop and back up to get it out of the ground. Hey, it really helps them dry up quicker.

The first is Mine that was a 641 with a bad engine. We put a 172 engine out of a 4000 and a 5 speed with live PTO.
The second is an 850 I got out of Georgia with no engine. We put a Diesel engine and a lpto 5 speed. It is the wrong color, has the wrong sheet metal, wrong #s, and the wrong rear wheels.Last years projects.

That was one weird movie. I lost respect for Charleston Heston after seeing that and then there was "Planet of the Apes".

My husband modified our F-20 throttle linkage & governor so that he can use the original throttle lever up by the steering column (the one used with a one speed governor)... now it is used with the variable speed governor. He will do the same thing with our Regular too.

His dad (and some others guys who know Farmall tractors) still think it's a single speed.

We are also putting some stuff on the Regular that it did not come-with from the factory... but envision that some old farmer may well have added:
Right hand-brake
Rear footbrake
Foot pegs
Grease gun holder
Oil can holder we got from an old, rusted F-20... originally from some piece of horse drawn equipment
The biggest sin... F20 steel wheels - but it is the only ones we could find that were affordable (and we still think she looks sweet... and we just like it like that).

here is my 77, It has 16.9X34s on it, after market 3-point, a usx 37 from a 1855 and a lot more wrong with it if you look real close. Chuck

My 1206 IH.

What's different is the wiring. I completely rewired it building my own wiring harness. The lights/wiper/fan are powered from a relay that is activated by the ignition switch. The original wiper and fan switch were used but I installed a 3 rocker panel for the work lights. And yes the dome light works too.

My M and 2 8Ns have been converted to 12 systems too.

Here's "Jaws", my old Case 311. Didn't have a grill in it when I got it, and in a moment of madness over a beer or two, some flashing became a set of dentures.

LOL now that's different!

Lot of good stuff from everyone!

No pics, but I have a 3-point on my Farmall H. I also plumbed (cobbled together) a hydraulic return under the belly pump and it's been converted to 12 volt.
