Yep, we've seen them with big 4WD snowblowers before too. I think we just had so MUCH mess everywhere - that they had every possible piece of equipment out working.
Even on county or township roads, we've seen farm tractors out working everywhere. It seems as if they may have put the call out for help and people responded... or fellas just took it upon themselves to help open up roads. Not sure, but we've seen a huge number of tractors go by with blowers and buckets.
