82 doesn't count as old as far as odd sizing for tires.
Those should be available new from a good dealer.
Not a common size though. Equipment I personally know use this size are LA Case and M Gleaner combines. I think it was available throughout the M series but around here the later machines used a wider tire. I think there was a Deere utility tractor that used that size also. Thusly used may be a bit of a trick just a tip to help you with a search in a salvage yard.
