have 7 restored tractors and an 1855 oliver that i use on the farm , i wont say i never added air to them but id say once every 5 years maybe & only 1-2 lbs , on the other hand have 2 sets of trail plow restored kept in a good building havent moved them in 7 years and notice yesterday there going flat so it hit or miss i guess but putting it on blocks is a little extreme in my opinon, sound like you got a leak that will get worse if not addressed
