Here in w.c. Ohio the forecast said it's suppose to go up to 50 degrees with up to 2" of rain. So far the temp.'s only gotten to 37. Earlier this morning it poured but glad to say the rain didn't last long. As I got soaked I wondered, if the government can forecast global warming why can't they also forecast what the weather will do that day?
