I can totally understand that. Funny thing is this started last fall when the temps were moderate and no snow... I suppose it is possible that they went to get the part off the tractor and discovered that it was bad and that is why they never called back. I guess my take on that is a little different in that I would call back to let a guy know that I do not have the part. Not the end of the world, I was just curious.
