The 2002 will definitely fit on the 1994, and according to myboltpattern.com, the offsets are available in 4-25mm on both rims. The 2002 would have required the 16" rims to clear the brakes, so 15" rims from earlier trucks wouldn't likely fit on a newer truck. Most 4x4 had 16" rims though. The newer trucks are still 6x5.5, but the stud is 1.3MM bigger, so the holes are likely bigger.
